Yaggy comprises two historic white clapboard homes—built in 1892 and 1905—situated on a 1,260-acre farm less than five miles from downtown Hutchinson. The property delivers a distinctive country retreat, with tree-lined drives and open lawns shaded by mature trees that offer couples an escape from urban surroundings. The landscape features beautiful sunrises and sunsets over Kansas grain fields, creating natural visual anchors for ceremonies and celebrations. Lucinda Piligian and her sister Kathy Bourell have renovated Yaggy thoughtfully, preserving historical character while modernizing event amenities.
