To The Table

To The Table is a custom catering and meal prep service led by Chef Katy Vinson, bringing personalized culinary experiences to Salina celebrations. Katy’s passion for food runs deep—raised in Abilene with a family tradition of cooking, she spent seven years as catering director at Kansas State University before transitioning to education. Now focusing full-time on her catering business, she brings over 25 years of culinary and organizational expertise to every event and meal plan she creates.

The catering service specializes in gourmet-quality menus tailored to each couple’s preferences and dietary needs. From Asian-inspired dishes to classic preparations, Katy designs thoughtful menus that bring people together around shared meals. Her philosophy centers on using fresh, quality ingredients and understanding that every celebration is unique. Couples work directly with Katy to customize their menu, ensuring their wedding day food reflects their vision while maintaining the warmth and care that define her approach to feeding celebrations.
