BK Barbecue & Catering is a small, Instagram-run barbecue operation based in Galva, in the Salina area of central Kansas, headed by pitmaster Brandon Koehn. Caterers of this size typically work by direct booking rather than a storefront menu, smoking meats to order for weddings, family gatherings, and community events across the surrounding counties. Couples interested in a more personal, small-batch barbecue caterer for their Salina-area wedding can expect to coordinate menu, headcount, and delivery directly with the owner rather than through a large catering department.

3 Is the service charge a gratuity, or is tipping separate?
