With 25 years of smoothie cafe experience, Rind & Grind crafts beverage and food offerings from whole ingredients—no artificial additives—using real fruits and nutrients in every preparation. Their menu spans 48 proprietary smoothie recipes, 12 fresh-squeezed juice options, and an array of acai bowls, along with organic coffee service. The cafe developed a patented plant-based vegan protein made from hemp, pea, brown rice, and pumpkin seeds, appealing to couples seeking health-conscious catering options.

Operating multiple Salina locations after expanding from their original Crawford Street site, the operation emphasizes community involvement and local sourcing. Wedding catering works through phone orders and an app system, making it easy for couples to customize beverage packages for rehearsal dinners, welcome breakfasts, or daytime celebrations. This approach suits couples prioritizing nutrition without sacrificing flavor or visual appeal in refreshment stations.
