This slow-smoked BBQ catering operation serves Pittsburg and Crawford County couples seeking to add distinctive flavors to their wedding menus. RibCrib’s expertise spans three decades of perfecting smoking techniques for ribs, brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. Couples can design catering menus by selecting which slow-smoked meats they want and combining them with included sides, breads, and accompaniments.

Party catering packages scale to match group sizes, whether serving intimate gatherings or larger celebrations. The operation handles order placement through phone calls and online channels, with delivery options available alongside carryout arrangements. This flexibility allows wedding planners to coordinate RibCrib’s contribution around other vendors’ schedules and venue requirements.
