Dickinson Catering, Kitchen-N-Stitchen is Hays, KS BEST catering company for weddings and special events!

Dickinson Catering, Kitchen-N-Stitchen began in 2006 as a family venture working festivals and fairs with a concession trailer before formally launching catering services in 2013. Now operating out of Gorham, the company serves the Hays area and surrounding regions with home-style catering built around quality ingredients and traditional preparation. Their philosophy centers on removing kitchen duties from hosts so couples and families can focus on celebrating rather than cooking.

The menu leans toward comfort: couples select proteins like honey pecan chicken, wedding roast, or smoked brisket paired with pasta, potato, and vegetable sides prepared to order. The team emphasizes straightforward service—bringing expertise in execution while keeping couples informed and relaxed throughout planning and the event itself. For rural Kansas weddings and gatherings, this kind of unpretentious, family-friendly approach addresses both appetite and convenience.
