Pride of Kansas

Pride of Kansas Building is a clear-span, climate-controlled event facility at the Kansas State Fair grounds in Hutchinson. Built in 1970 and renovated in 2004, the structure offers 25,800 square feet of flexible exhibit space with 14-foot average ceiling height, concrete flooring, and an overhead door (12 feet high) for convenient vendor and guest access. The building sits adjacent to the Meadowlark Building and within close proximity to the Sunflower Complex, with ample vehicle parking on the north, west, and south sides.

The space is equipped with ADA restrooms, a concession area, office space, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and 3-phase electrical service throughout. Telephone hookups are available. Couples can host fundraisers, banquets, trade shows, and weddings in this straightforward, well-maintained venue. Rental inquiries are coordinated through the Kansas State Fair facility management office.
