La Creperie Co. operates a Topeka food truck specializing in made-to-order crepes and waffles for weddings and events. Their sweet crepe menu includes Banana & Nutella, Peaches & Cream (featuring house cream cheese, peaches, granola, and pecans), Berries & Cream, and Apple Caramel Pie—each finished with fresh whipped cream. On the savory side, customers can order Pizza Crepes, Egg Ham and Cheese, or Chorizo & Egg, all served with sour cream or jam.

The team emphasizes fresh ingredients and fast service in a clean setting, with their signature Chicken & Waffles Special drawing particular attention from past couples. Carmen and the crew also accommodate custom crepe and waffle builds with three toppings plus whipped cream, allowing you to tailor offerings to your guests’ preferences. Catering services let you bring this mobile venue concept directly to your celebration.
