Services
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, established in Dallas in 1941, operates from a Topeka location on NW Highway 24 serving Texas-style barbecue built around family recipes that span eight decades. The restaurant smokes meats daily using traditional methods and pairs them with Southern-style sides, available for dine-in, pickup, delivery, and drive-through service. Beyond the restaurant, Dickey’s runs a dedicated catering operation for events large and small, including weddings, birthdays, graduations, and corporate gatherings.
For wedding catering, couples work with the Topeka location’s team to customize menu selections around their guest count and preferences, choosing from smoked proteins, hand-cut sides, and classic barbecue sauces the chain has perfected over generations. The flexibility of their catering model—from select-your-own plates to full-event coordination—makes it an option for couples seeking casual, Southern-barbecue-style celebrations at reasonable price points.
