Brick & Mortar Venue occupies a restored industrial building in downtown Wichita’s Arena District, where exposed brick walls, steel beams, and polished concrete floors give the space a look that blends historic character with contemporary style. The venue totals more than 24,000 square feet across multiple indoor rooms, plus an 8,000-square-foot covered outdoor patio, and can accommodate wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 300 guests. The team is currently booking events through 2027.

Couples get access to renovated bridal and groom’s suites, complete with seating, mirrors, lockers, and counter space for getting ready before the ceremony. Staff also handle much of the coordination work, including vendor setup, day-of support, and audio/video needs, and offer a selection of tables, chairs, linens, and accessories to outfit the space. The downtown location puts guests close to I-135 and US-54, with several hotels within walking distance.
