The CW Farm and Ranch Venue’s own site describes a private weekend ranch at 4616 900 Road near Fredonia, marketed as a venue for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions and private celebrations, where a group books the property for a full weekend rather than a single-day rental. It lists four lodging buildings: the Main House (28 guests), Party Barn (12), Sable House (14) and Axis Inn (104), for combined overnight lodging of roughly 158 guests. On-property activities named include a lake, pool, sports courts, arcade games, karaoke, fishing and ATVs.

The site does not state a seated or standing capacity for its event spaces, an indoor/outdoor weather backup plan, catering or alcohol policy, or accessibility features. Inquiries go through a phone number, email address or the site’s contact form.

Ask for the actual event-space (ceremony/reception) capacity as distinct from overnight lodging capacity, and the catering, alcohol and accessibility terms.
