Warren Place Venue

Warren Place Venue offers three distinct, beautifully renovated spaces spanning a downtown Gardner city block. Owners Raelee DeJung and her grandmother Connie Wright spent two years restoring these buildings to create a complete wedding destination. The Chapel, a stunning 1912 ceremony space with neutral design, connects to The Warren, the main event space featuring a built-in bar, catering kitchen, AV system, and thoughtful amenities. The Cottage, a 2,500 square foot guest house, accommodates overnight stays and intimate gatherings, allowing wedding parties to gather before the day.

The venue includes chairs, tables, linens, and cleaning with all rentals. The team is fully accessible and handicap-compliant throughout, ensuring all guests can participate fully in celebrations. Peak season runs April through November with all Saturday bookings requiring a $4,500 minimum, while the professional coordination team helps couples execute their complete vision.
