Compare this venue side by side

Wareham Hall is a historic downtown Manhattan building at 410 Poyntz Avenue that a nonprofit organization is renovating into a performance and event space, funded by a capital campaign. The site describes a planned capacity of 400 to 900 patrons for performances and community events once renovation is complete; this is a projected venue-wide attendance figure, not a stated reception capacity, and no indoor/outdoor ceremony options, catering or alcohol rules, accessibility details, or lodging are addressed.

The site does not state that weddings or general private-event rentals are currently offered; its content focuses on the building’s history and the fundraising campaign, with a general invitation to get involved rather than a booking or rental process.

Ask the nonprofit directly whether the hall currently books weddings or private events, and if not, when rentals are expected to open.
