Wareham Hall

Wareham Hall, a historic 1880 building undergoing ambitious renovation, is being transformed into Manhattan’s premier performance and event venue through a $40 million capital campaign. The nonprofit organization is reviving this downtown iconic structure to serve as a cultural destination hosting 400-900 patrons for diverse performances, celebrations, and special events. The restoration will create a dedicated performance space for Kansas State University’s School of Music, Theatre, and Dance while anchoring the downtown district’s cultural and economic vitality.

The project represents more than a building renovation—it’s a community commitment to elevate Manhattan’s arts and cultural offerings.
