Matt and Mark Ryan operate Two Brothers BBQ as a family business alongside their parents Tom and Carole. What began when Mark learned BBQ cooking and convinced the family to purchase a location in 1997 has grown into a multi-location operation across Kansas. Matt later joined as a partner, and today they maintain three locations in El Dorado, East Wichita, and West Wichita, united by a commitment to smoking fresh BBQ meats on-site.

The East Wichita location on Greenwich Road handles catering for weddings, anniversaries, graduations, corporate events, reunions, and celebrations of all kinds.
