Beginning in 2004, as their children established their own families, the couple embarked on extensive renovations—finishing the barn’s upper floors, constructing a party pavilion, and completely remodeling both the original farmhouse and a new log home they built on the property. Regina opened a vintage-inspired gift and accessory boutique in the barn before retiring, while Jerry established his CPA office in the space. The result is a deeply personal property infused with family heritage and careful restoration.
