The Dillon House

The Dillon House began as a private mansion and now operates as an event venue in downtown Topeka, situated a short walk from the Kansas State Capitol. The historic building marries period architecture with modern conveniences, providing spaces where vintage character forms the setting for celebration. The venue includes three distinct indoor areas: the West Wing, accommodating up to 80 standing guests or 56 seated; The Study, with capacity for up to 70 standing or 40 seated; and the more intimate Capitol View room, which holds up to 25 standing or 16 seated.

The Dillon House offers comprehensive event support through an on-site venue coordinator, bar service, a full catering kitchen, banquet setup with tables and chairs, and AV capabilities including sound systems and microphones. The venue provides WiFi connectivity, parking, and security, reducing the logistics required for off-site vendor coordination.
