The Cotillion, nicknamed Wichita’s “Round Mound of Sound,” has hosted major entertainment events since 1960. Operating as a full-service events facility rather than a traditional wedding venue, The Cotillion appeals to couples who envision celebrations centered around live performances and dancing. The venue regularly features national touring acts, comedians, and DJ events, meaning couples might book the space for music-centric celebrations.

The established sound and lighting infrastructure, plus decades of experience managing crowds and events, equip The Cotillion’s team to handle complex celebrations. Couples drawn to the energy of a concert hall rather than a decorated ballroom find unique appeal here. The venue’s history and capacity make it suitable for larger celebrations seeking entertainment-driven atmospheres.

1 Is our date available, and who exactly will DJ our wedding?

3 How do you handle song requests and our do-not-play list?
