Smokin' Diner Food Truck

Randy runs Smokin’ Diner as a mobile catering operation, bringing smoked meat specialties to Wichita-area weddings and private events. The food truck model provides flexibility for couples seeking BBQ catering that works with non-traditional venues or outdoor celebrations. Randy’s commitment to homemade quality shows in menu staples like pulled pork prepared fresh, homemade buns, and house-made sauces—elements that taste equally good hours after service, a marker of true barbecue craftsmanship.

For wedding receptions, Smokin’ Diner offers straightforward, reliable catering focused on smoked meats and sides that guests consistently praise. Randy prioritizes smooth execution and direct communication, handling setup and service details so you can focus on your celebration. His track record with wedding events means he understands the rhythm of receptions and meal timing requirements that ensure your guests are fed well without logistical stress.
