Round Barn Ranch

Round Barn Ranch is an indoor-outdoor event venue in Derby, Kansas, built around one of the few historic round barns remaining in the state. Set on 20 acres of landscaped grounds and trees, the venue offers couples a rustic-elegant setting for weddings, with flexible indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces and a climate-controlled banquet hall accommodating up to 300 guests.

For receptions and celebrations, Round Barn Ranch provides all the infrastructure couples need: a fully equipped kitchen with warming ovens, refrigeration, and prep areas; cafe and banquet seating with linens and chairs included; a dance floor in the barn; and multiple outdoor gathering spaces for lawn games and casual entertaining. The venue operates on hourly, half-day, and all-day rental rates, allowing flexibility for different event scales and styles. Since 2008, the owners have restored and maintained the barn and its grounds, preserving its agricultural heritage while modernizing amenities for contemporary events.
