Pottorf Hall

Pottorf Hall is a flexible event space on the Riley County Fairgrounds near Manhattan, offering couples an affordable, straightforward option for receptions and celebrations. The facility provides 25,800 square feet of clear-span exhibit space with 14-foot average ceiling height, concrete flooring, ADA restrooms, and concession access. The space is climate-controlled and features a modern exterior with an overhead door for convenient load-in. Couples reserve rooms by the hour, with separate pricing for nonprofits and for-profit events. Events may be scheduled up to one year in advance, operating within standard fairgrounds hours of 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. A 20% down payment secures the reservation.

Scheduling is coordinated through the Riley County Extension Office at the courthouse in Manhattan. Couples should factor in setup and cleanup time when booking. The fairgrounds sit in CiCo Park, jointly governed by Riley County, the City of Manhattan, and the school district.
