Plaza Catering

Plaza Catering has built a reputation in the Kansas City metro by handling weddings, corporate events, and private parties with the same attention: made-from-scratch dishes, premium ingredients, and a 100% satisfaction promise. Founded in 2010, the team works with couples to design custom menus suited to their tastes and any dietary needs. Whether a couple chooses full-service catering (setup, staff, cleanup), specialty food stations, or drop-off service, Plaza Catering manages all the details, including rentals, bar services, and specialty baking.

The operation includes a private banquet room that comfortably seats up to 100 guests, complete with full staff and A/V capabilities for ceremonies or receptions. Operating partner Ruben Rodriguez has stewarded the team’s growth since the late 1990s, ensuring consistent execution and personal service at every event. Couples can schedule a tasting, request a quote, and coordinate directly with the catering team before their date.
