Latchkey Deli

Latchkey Deli occupies a historic downtown Lawrence building and operates a full-service deli counter emphasizing quality ingredients sourced from regional suppliers with rich histories. Their housemade Italian Sodas are their signature item—brewed from scratch with fresh fruit, sugar, steeped blends, and soda water, with optional cream or booze for adults. The team developed their own line of cured meats and condiments (roast beef, pastrami, corned beef, house-brined preparations with black pepper and coriander) alongside fresh-roasted poultry and carefully sourced cheeses.

Sandwiches, sides, and prepared items reflect the same commitment to quality and ingredient integrity. Daily sides made from fresh, local ingredients include housemade pickles, hot sauce, and flexible options for dietary restrictions—gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-conscious preparations. For catering, couples can order signature items by the pound or customize boxes and platters, bringing Latchkey’s philosophy of good ingredients and personalized attention to your celebration.
