The website on file for Lake Shawnee Event Center is Shawnee County Parks and Recreation’s general homepage; it does not name “Lake Shawnee Event Center” anywhere on it. A linked Lake Shawnee facility page states that shelter houses at Lake Shawnee are available for rent and links to a shelter price list, but it does not name a distinct “Event Center” building either.
