K-State Alumni Center

The K-State Alumni Center offers elegant meeting and banquet facilities open to the public for weddings, receptions, conferences, and special events throughout Manhattan and Riley County. The facility is staffed with professional event coordinators who work directly with clients to execute events to their specifications, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. The center provides fully equipped spaces designed to accommodate all types of events, backed by a team experienced in managing both university and community functions.

The venue features multiple rental spaces across three floors, ranging from the expansive Amy Button Renz Family Banquet Room with capacity for 750 guests to smaller conference rooms and breakout spaces suitable for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. Additional services include audiovisual equipment, dance floors, and meeting supplies, with catering partnerships available through approved vendors. Event coordinators help customize arrangements for each client’s needs and budget.
