Ike’s OooWee BBQ is a Lawrence-based caterer offering barbecue for weddings and other events across Douglas County. Barbecue catering has become a popular pick for Kansas couples who want a relaxed, crowd-pleasing reception meal — think smoked brisket, ribs, and classic sides served buffet-style rather than a formal plated dinner. It’s a fitting option for casual outdoor receptions, rehearsal dinners, or after-parties where guests are happy to dig in family-style.
