Ekdahl Dining Center, known as Mrs. E’s, is a University of Kansas dining facility available for event rentals in Lawrence. Opened in 1983 and named after longtime food service director Lenoir D. Ekdahl, the three-level dining center seats approximately 700 guests. The venue’s food-court style layout and substantial capacity make it suitable for larger wedding celebrations and receptions within the Lawrence campus area.
