Delaware Street Commons is a cohousing community at 1222 Delaware Street in Lawrence. Its site describes a resident-owned neighborhood of individually owned homes linked by pedestrian walkways to a shared common house, where residents gather for meals and activities; decisions are made by resident consensus.

The site does not mention weddings, wedding packages, or event rental of any kind. It is written for prospective residents rather than for people booking events, and gives no indication the common house is available to outside groups.

Ask Delaware Street Commons directly whether the common house is ever made available for outside events before treating it as a wedding venue.
