Corinthians Hill Event Center

Tucked into the countryside just north of Great Bend, half a mile from the Cheyenne Bottoms wetlands, Corinthians Hill Event Center trades on scenery as much as square footage. The 9,800-square-foot building was raised using reclaimed wood and corrugated tin salvaged from three old Kansas barns, which gives the ceiling and side walls a shabby-chic character dressed up with crystal chandeliers and strings of Edison bulbs.

Owner Debbie Deutsch, a trained interior designer with a background in fine arts, opened the venue in 2020 and has kept building on it since, adding a pond and waterfall, planting a lavender farm, and restoring a historic church on the property. Beyond weddings, the space hosts business meetings, holiday parties, graduations, and anniversary celebrations, with couples able to customize décor rentals, floral, table settings, and both indoor dining and outdoor ceremony spaces.
