Boots Style BBQ - Barbecue Catering

Boots Style BBQ has been catering barbecue out of Great Bend for years, a business Joe Blazek built after cooking for friends and family and deciding to share that passion more widely. Joe has competed in Kansas City Barbecue Society events across the state, and the business specializes in barbecued beef, pork, and chicken alongside whole-hog cooking, all built around a roughly 100-mile catering radius that reaches Hutchinson, Dodge City, Pratt, Hays, Russell, Ness City, McPherson, Ellsworth, Salina, and even Wichita.

Menu options include pulled pork and spare ribs from seasoned, injected Boston butt, slow-smoked prime brisket, pulled chicken cooked whole and seasoned to taste, and whole hog prepared with dressing inside the chest cavity. Guests choose two sides from options like cheesy scalloped potatoes, loaded mashed potatoes, baked beans, green beans, corn, and coleslaw, rounded out with water or tea.
