Bomgaars

Bomgaars operates as a family-owned farm and ranch supply chain spread across 15 states with more than 180 locations, including a store in Lawrence on East 23rd Street. Operating since 1944, the company serves customers across agriculture, automotive, residential, and seasonal needs with the promise “What You Need…When You Need It.” The Lawrence location stocks departmentalized supplies ranging from tools and chemicals to home goods and climate-control items, functioning as a general-purpose supplier for the area.

While categorized in wedding directories, Bomgaars is a general supplies store rather than a dedicated florist. Couples in Lawrence and Douglas County seeking specialized wedding flowers or custom arrangements would be better served by local flower shops. However, those needing practical supplies, seasonal décor items, or basic plants might find stock here as part of broader pre-wedding shopping.
