Blue Barn Farm sits in the Flint Hills just twenty minutes north of Manhattan, Kansas, with over 3,400 square feet of indoor space and room for up to 300 guests. The property was built with flexibility in mind: multiple ceremony locations, a landscaped pond, a lighted outdoor dining area, and patio seating give couples several settings for photos and the celebration itself, while a private groom’s room and a separate cottage handle getting-ready space for both sides of the wedding party.

Packages are priced by the day — a $3,500 Simple Sunday rate, a $4,000 single-day package, and a $5,000 two-day package that adds a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, an overnight stay, and six hours of bartending service — with reception-only pricing also available. Depending on the package, amenities can include indoor and outdoor serving bars, a sound system, caterer’s prep space with refrigeration, on-site security, and access to the venue’s closet of wedding props, from vases to florals, for couples who’d rather borrow than buy.
