The Shawnee location of Blind Box BBQ serves Kansas City-style barbecue alongside whiskey flights and a gourmet brunch menu, by the restaurant’s own description. The full menu spans starters like a butcher’s block charcuterie board and loaded mac and cheese, fresh salads, and a run of signature and classic sandwiches built on slow-smoked pulled pork, brisket, turkey, ham, chicken, and sausage.

Beyond the sandwich list, the kitchen turns out burgers, a heavyweight rib and burnt-ends platter, combo plates with sides such as collard greens and cornbread, and smoked meats sold by the pound for guests who want to take barbecue home. The restaurant also runs weekday lunch specials and to-go packages, with catering available for private events on top of its regular dine-in and takeout service.
