Located in Saint George, Black Jack Hills began as an open-air pavilion built by Jim Fair, owner of Fields of Fair Wineries, and has since grown into a full events property with both indoor and outdoor space. The grounds are built around keeping guests entertained for the full day, pairing trails and a recreation area with a venue that can carry a wedding from ceremony straight through reception.
Catering is handled in-house, with what the venue calls a “vast catering menu” so couples don’t need to bring in outside vendors — guests are invited to “sit back, relax, and enjoy the party” while the Black Jack Hills team manages the food. The property also keeps a photo gallery and an active Facebook feed of past events, and couples can request an appointment online or by phone to tour the space before booking.
