Big-N-Smalls BBQ is an Arkansas City barbecue restaurant that caters to couples planning celebrations across southwestern Kansas. The menu centers on smoked proteins—pulled pork, brisket, ribs, smoked chicken, and hot links—served with house-made sides and sauces. Beyond traditional sandwich and plate options, the restaurant offers creative specialties like loaded nachos, baked potato dishes, and mac-and-cheese bowls, alongside homemade sides like fried okra and baked beans that round out any order.

For weddings and events, Big-N-Smalls provides catering packages built around their core strengths: quality smoked meats, generous portions, and flexible combinations. Couples can build custom platters from individual proteins, sides, and salads, or opt for more complete offerings tailored to their guest count. The approachable, family-friendly style of Big-N-Smalls catering works especially well for outdoor receptions, casual celebrations, and events where hearty barbecue is the centerpiece.
