Services
Amanda & Camera, based in Lawrence, documents weddings, engagements, and proposals for couples throughout the Kansas City and Lawrence area. With over 100 weddings photographed, Amanda has developed a distinctive approach that blends technical proficiency with genuine investment in each couple’s story. She operates from the principle that photography should feel effortless and joyful—her consultations are complimentary, and she includes an engagement session to establish comfort and rapport before the wedding day itself.
Her work emphasizes authentic moments and authentic connection. Amanda prioritizes understanding what matters to each couple and delivering images that feel true to who they are, rather than forcing a uniform aesthetic across all her work. She is familiar with Lawrence and Kansas City venues and knows how light behaves across seasons and locations in the region.
