Summary: Elvira's Cakes is a Mexican style bakery that has been in business since 1994. The bakery was started by Elvira in her own home, baking cakes for friends and family. Due to the recommendation of others, Elvira decided to leave her full-time job and dedicate herself to baking. The bakery eventually outgrew Elvira's home kitchen and in 1999, she found a larger location. With the support of her family and friends, Elvira was finally able to open Elvira's Cake in 2003. Today, Elvira's recipes are still used, but her sisters have also been involved in the bakery's operations.
