Kansas Wedding Videographer Costs: Wichita Package Examples

By WeddingInKansas Team

Video packages differ more in their final film than their names suggest. These Wichita examples state both a starting price and deliverables; they are not a Kansas average or a guarantee of current availability.

Two Wichita price bases

Complete Weddings + Events Wichita lists Signature videography from $1,595 for one videographer for six hours, a 3–5 minute cinematic short film, requested filmed letters/toasts/speeches, and digital delivery. Its Signature Plus starts at $1,895 for one videographer for eight hours, a 6–10 minute film, trailer reel, and raw footage. The Premium starts at $2,495 for two videographers for eight hours and adds full ceremony coverage. The page lists add-ons such as an additional hour at $150 and drone footage at $700, and says tax, mileage, and exclusions may apply.

Alexander Video Productions lists a Document the Day package from $999 with an edited ceremony and reception plus three DVDs. Its Alexander Wedding Films package starts at $1,900 and lists a documentary highlight, montage, edited ceremony and reception, web-posted highlight, three DVDs, and a flash-drive file. The public page does not specify coverage hours or shooter count for those packages, so request those details rather than comparing the number directly with a timed package.

Specify the film before comparing proposals

Ask for shooter count and hours, ceremony and toast audio, highlight-film length, full-ceremony and full-reception edits, raw-footage policy, delivery format, revisions, travel, overtime, tax, payment schedule, and expected delivery date. A six-hour package with a short highlight is a different purchase from eight hours with a full ceremony, even if the totals are close.

These provider-published figures were retrieved September 13, 2026. Confirm the current written package, scope, and availability directly with the videographer.
