State what you have already booked and ask for included meetings, vendor communication, budget work, contract help, timeline, rehearsal, event-day hours, assistant count, setup/teardown, travel, overtime, tax, deposit, and cancellation terms. A coordination quote can be lower because the couple is still responsible for earlier planning, not because it covers the same role as full planning.
