Kansas Wedding Flower Costs: Wichita Service Examples

By WeddingInKansas Team

Flowers are not one line item: personal flowers, ceremony work, reception pieces, labor, rentals, and teardown may all sit in the same proposal. Start with a provider’s stated service level rather than treating it as a Kansas average.

A Wichita full-service example

Limestone Floral says full-service weddings start at $4,500. Its wedding page describes bouquets and boutonnieres, ceremony and reception arrangements, installations, and a rental collection; for full-service weddings it also lists delivery, setup, and tear-down. That starting price is for the studio’s full-service work, not a price for a bouquet, a centerpiece, or every Wichita wedding. Limestone says smaller à la carte pickup orders have limited customization and asks couples to inquire about availability and minimums.

Build the same floral recipe for every inquiry

List the date, venue locations, guest-table count, ceremony backdrop, color palette, preferred and avoided flowers, personal flowers, reception arrangements, candles or vessels, delivery, setup, transfer or reuse between spaces, teardown, and maximum spend. Attach a reference image only as a design cue, then ask which items and quantities it represents.

Request two versions if the first proposal exceeds the budget: one that preserves the ceremony focal point and one that preserves the reception table count. Ask the florist to mark seasonal substitutions, rental charges, taxes, and any minimum booking. Comparing those itemized proposals is more useful than comparing an individual bouquet price with a full-service floral plan.

This Wichita starting price was retrieved from the provider on September 13, 2026. Confirm the current scope, availability, and written proposal directly with the florist.
